The project partners AREC and Stenum Asia organised a two-day workshop at the TERI Gram campus, at Gawal Pahari, Gurgaon on 7/8 November 2014 to give the local teams working directly with the ACIDLOOP client companies in six different Indian regions an adequate opportunity to share their experiences and exchange their ideas. This workshop was facilitated by Mr. Stefan Melnitzky of AREC and Mr. Rajat Batra from Stenum Asia.

During the workshop 14 Team members from four ACIDLOOP partners worked together in highly interactive sessions thereby sharing experiences on working in the field to improve the quality of the project's services for the client companies and to reach the project goals.

At the end of the two-day workshop the team members achieved a better understanding of the client companies' expectations in different project locations and were also able to identify interesting solutions for client companies through cross-location learning. The team members departed with an even stronger commitment to support the ACIDLOOP client companies in achieving higher resource efficiency.
